There are many places to get coupons.
Newspapers
The first place to look for coupons is in your Sunday newspaper. The coupons will only cost you the price of the newspaper. You can also ask friends and family to give you the coupons they are not using.
Electronic Coupons
These coupons are placed onto your store shopping card or sent via text message to your cell phone. Here is a list:

Internet Printable – Coupon Distributors
Manufacturers use coupon generator sites as another way to get their coupons out. Manufacturers limit two aspects of these:
1—the number of coupons available; you should print it as soon as you can.
2—the number that will print per computer, which is usually 2 coupons. Hit the “back” button after printing the first coupon to print again.
